      béarnaise reduction, Polenta with confit tomatoes and grilled courgettes.

    • Sea bass fillet with kaffir lime,
      pan-fried seasonal vegetables with mild chilli, Carrots, pink turnips, cherry tomatoes.

    • Beef fillet, grilled Parmesan and summer truffle sauce,
      Potato and Swiss chard gratin. (+€15 supplement)

    DESSERT

    Choice of
    • Raspberry pavlova.

    • Chocolate–hazelnut crunch.

    • Almond panna cotta, morello cherry compote and pistachio macaron.
