MAIN COURSE

  • French veal, meat jus with Kalamata olives, creamy polenta with confit tomatoes, young shoots with oregano.

DESSERT

  • Pastry Chef’s red fruit entremet, strawberries, blackberries, raspberries; mint sorbet.
